6th Annual ABC Homecoming BBQ
The Homecoming BBQ is an annual fundraising event hosted by ABC to bring current Aristoi students and their families, alumni, teachers, and the community together to celebrate Aristoi traditions.
Kick-off Spirit Week at the 6th Annual Homecoming BBQ on Saturday, October 14, 2023.
Homecoming festivities include a BBQ and great food, fun games, a dessert auction, an open gym, and more. As ABC's largest fundraiser each year, all the proceeds from sales -- tickets, t-shirts, BBQ plates, and dessert auction -- allow ABC to continue to connect and support the Aristoi community.

We need volunteers to help cook the meat. On a smoker or in an oven, if you have a great recipe, ABC needs you! ABC will purchase the meat for you to take home and prepare.

Sponsorship
Tiers of Sponsorship
- Vendor Booth $25: Sponsor the BBQ and build your business by hosting a vendor booth. Please bring your own table, canopy, and chairs.
- Bronze Sponsorship $250: Above plus your company logo and business info in the ABC newsletter and on the ABC Facebook page and profile page the week of BBQ, and on all BBQ marketing materials.
- Silver Sponsorship $500: Above plus your company logo and business info in the ABC newsletter, on the ABC Facebook page and profile page for the month of October, and on all BBQ marketing materials, plus a sponsorship sign on location at the BBQ.
- Gold Sponsorship $1000: Above plus your company logo and business info in the ABC newsletter for the 2023-24 school year, on the ABC Facebook page and profile page for the month of October, and on all BBQ marketing materials, sponsorship sign on location at the BBQ
Contributions are tax-deductible and a receipt with Tax ID can be provided upon request. Deadline to sponsor this year’s event is Saturday, September 30th.
